Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and applicable health and safety regulations, Apex Flow does not accept returns of any opened or used products.

Requesting a Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact our Customer Support team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions (If Approved)

  • Product must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee of up to $75 may apply depending on order size.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide order details and proof (photo/video).

Resolution

  • Replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
  • No refunds will be issued for damaged claims without verification.

Limitation of Remedy

You agree that replacement of the product is the sole and exclusive remedy. No additional claims or damages will be honored.
